About this property

Comfy, clean, private home IN Venice, Florida; Heated Pool, Minutes to the Beach

Very clean, private home IN Venice, Florida. Amazing location; less than a mile to restaurants, shopping and grocery. 2 bed 2 bath (2 additional semi-private twin beds in the lanai that has central air) with heat pump heated screened in pool and FREE WIFI. Quiet friendly neighborhood just minutes to beaches and downtown Venice where you can shop during the day and listen to great music and dance the night away on the weekends. There is always something happening in the area.

We have included most kitchen amenities (Keurig, regular programmable coffee maker, waffle iron, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, iron and ironing board). There is a washer and dryer. You will be your own dishwasher for the time being so we supply paper plates and bowls. There are nice ceramic dishes that you can also use. We have included k-pods and sweetener, several spices, some condiments, cooking spray, dish detergent, clothes detergent and dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper. You just need to get a few groceries and you will be at home here. All bath towels, bed linens and pool towels are provided. We have a professional cleaning company come in after every listing and they use the best products available to ensure our guest’s safety for a worry free visit. There is a fenced pet area off the screened in pool area for your fur baby to run without a leash.

Great place in a perfect location with easy travel to Caspersen beach and Brohard Dog park. Host was very nice and very open with communication. The pool was very clean and the side yard was perfect for our dog. We would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at this wonderful getaway. We love being able to bring our dog. The pool is a great place to relax on the muggy summer days. We will keep coming back. Close to everything we want to do, clean, well cared for, and the hosts are quick to respond or help out if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Venice home. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, and she truly thought of everything to make the home comfortable and welcoming. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Its location is ideal—less than 10 miles from beautiful Gulf beaches and Venice’s charming historic downtown area with great shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

This is the second year staying here. The home is always well stocked, extras that a lot of homes don’t include. The host is always kind and responds fast. The location is. Great 10minutss from the beach, less than 5 mins from store and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Excellent home rental. Great communications and instructions. Very clean and supply many extra that was not expected. Coffee, shark teeth hunting equipment with beach chairs and umbrella, just to name a few. Swimming pool was great and heated was really nice. Great location and a very quiet neighborhood. Located with 4 minutes of many restaurants and about 10 minutes to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend and I will return.
