I've been hosting short term vacation rentals on Topsail Island since 2021. My #1 goal is to make your visit the most pleasurable experience from the moment you check in. I've earned Super Host status 3 consecutive years on another vacation rental site, with tons of glowing reviews. I live in Wilmington and have a property & maintenance manager who’s 10 minutes away so I can respond to any issue promptly. When not working full time as a software sales executive, I enjoy traveling, beach activities, boating, SUP’ing, gardening, cooking, and traveling.
Why they chose this property
The home is conveniently located 1 block from the public beach access #7, 2 blocks from a public play ground and 2 miles from downtown Surf City. It's a quiet, child friendly street that's not on a main road.
What makes this property unique
With ocean views from the inside and decks, there's plenty of space to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Covered parking for 2 vehicles and parking for up to 4, outdoor shower, full size washer & dryer, and separate entrance to 2nd floor master suite are extra conveniences. The upstairs Master suite is the size of 2 large bedrooms and includes a coffee bar complete with mini fridge and sink.
