Just renovated to accommodate Larger Groups Up to 18+ with 2 full living spaces with kitchen and laundry! Soak up the most beautiful sunsets from your private perch on the Surf City canals for a bargain price!
Bottom floor all on one level for guests that can’t do stairs.
The perfect place for a multi family beach vacation. Two completely separate living areas with their own laundry and kitchen areas! Perfect for multiple families so everyone can have some space. 5 bedroom three bath sleeps 18+! Phenomenal views and so much privacy. Enjoy swimming and fishing at the private dock/gazebo or bring your boat! Walk right out into the front yard and get in the water for swimming, fishing, paddleboarding on 2 paddleboards, biking, or go for a kayak excursion on the 4 available kayaks (one child size) . Outdoor shower!

Bird watching is amazing over the beautiful marshes and dolphins often play in the waterway in front of the gazebo!

Walking distance to beach or nice playground. Pets welcome with $150 Pet fee and approval.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please pull the ladder out of the water on the floating dock to prevent barnacle buildup.
Please put the trash in the trash can and place by the road. Make sure the lid closes on all cans or there is a $150 fine imposed.
Please put linens in the laundry room and start a load of towels washing. Replace any outdoor furniture and kayaks etc where it belongs and report any damage or issues.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children and adults swim at their own risk. Shells are in the canal and swim shoes are advised. Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
All pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Any yard or house damages will be billed in addition to the pet deposit.
Make sure the ladder at the end of the pier is pulled up out of the water daily to prevent barnacle buildup.

This was a great house for the whole family. The kids swam and kayaked everyday. The beach is close enough to walk or take one of the bikes there.

We really enjoyed our time at your home! The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. Cozy kitchen with everything needed. For those bringing boats it was a quick 15 minute run from the Surf City boat ramp. The water is gorgeous and clear with great sandbar hangouts within 30 minutes. Docked and ate at JM's on the Water for a delicious sunset dinner. Spacious parking for our 24' boat trailer and the dock and quick access to the waterway was perfect- really loved the location. Really cute downstairs area- the kids were in heaven! Just to note, the downstairs is separate from the upstairs with no interior access so maybe not preferable for really young ones. Overall just a great place and the owners were very kind and responsive. They clearly have invested a lot of love into this place. Thanks!

Greatest Vacation Ever

The best vacation home far. The listing doesn't due justice to the home. Hone was very clean, relaxing and cozy. My mom really enjoyed her stay. Highly recommend a trip for a stay here.

Perfect location. We were able to enjoy fishing on the back dock and paddle boarding. You could walk to the beach. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Loved having a dock and water access right outside the back door. My husband was able to fish anytime he wanted to. The house was well stocked. Our dog loved walking around in the marshy grass. The golf cart made it easy to get around and go to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

This property is perfectly located with a private dock on the canal but also a short distance from the beach and fishing pier. And it was well equipped with everything we needed. Plus, the bed in the primary bedroom is soooo comfortable! Thank you for a lovely mini-spring break!

This home has the perfect location. The outdoor space is unmatched. Breathtaking views of the canal, covered deck area with seating, boat dock, spacious yard with hammock, cornhole boards, kayaks. Marsh Views

Pelican Point lived up to its name. We had a great time sitting on the dock and watching the wildlife. Herons, gulls, kingfishers, pelicans and dolphins all visited the canal and marsh behind the house. The sunsets were amazing as well.The property had everything we needed for a comfortable visit from the kitchen to the bedrooms and living space. We spent the majority of our time outside on the deck in the Feb/March sun.

Relaxing made easy

Very pleased with this property. Clean, spacious and absolutely perfect. Literally the only thing I would change is that there is no interior access from downstairs. Kids stayed downstairs and had to come outside to come upstairs which wouldnt be terrible but it stormed several times and kids felt a bit isolated since they had to come out in the weather to get upstairs. Otherwise the place was an absolute dream.

Covers it all!

The most well-stocked place we’ve ever stayed! Great location to beach and restaurants but not too busy. Took the bikes to dinner and the beach, fished off the dock, enjoyed the sunset, and all the amenities like all the coffee making options!. Master bed is super cozy. Others are a bit firm for us but nothing an extra blanket can’t fix. Or bring a mattress topper. Our 5 year old loved having her own room and playing in a blow up pool on the dock! Would definitely love to come back.
