We love everything about this property. It’s in a great location and you can walk mostly everywhere in Surf City. Not to mention the beautiful beach that you have direct access to plus the pool. The house was wonderful and housed our large family very comfortably. The property has anything you could ever want or need and the owner made things very easy and is very friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spot for family gathering and vacation. Home was perfect for large families, multiple decks with beautiful coastal views. Pool location and access to beach were awesome. Communication with owner was superb. Definitely recommend!!!

Been coming to Topsail/Surf City for over 20 yrs. Rented several properties but this VRBO location is the only one I will stay at in the future. This property has been our family’s spring break for the last 4 yrs. Everything you could want and more. Ted Waltz is an excellent communicator and the property is immaculate and the perfect location for dining out, beach, pool and shopping.
