Located in the beautiful Knox/Henderson Area, just a short 6 min drive to SMU and walkable to shopping and restaurants! Let this be your perfect home away from home!

Wonderful walkable neighborhood with friendly people

Please note: This is the main home on lot, there is a tiny house (guesthouse) in the back. Driveway is shared, however each tenant has their own parking. Guesthouse is rented to traveling professionals on a midterm bases. Feel free to contact me for any clarification and questions.
