Amazing experience at this fantastic property. The hosts were super good with communication and provided instructions and details for the house and surrounding areas. We loved our time there and will be back next summer! What a great spot to stay.

Great location in a great home. Place was equipped with everything you need. Well furnished, comfortable and walking distance to food, coffee and more. If you enjoy listening to the surf, watching surfers and people watching - this is the place for you.

The house is beautiful lots of room. My family really enjoyed our stay. Great ocean views. No sand in front of the house like I was hoping for but the beach is just a short walk away. Jason & Shawna are really great hosts they are very accommodating and go out of their way to help in any way they can.

Jason was super responsive and helpful. Overall, the property was great and we enjoyed our time there. The only drawback was construction work that started the morning we were leaving on the cinder block wall between the house and the neighbor that produced a ton of banging and sawing noise. It would have been great if that could have started later, day after the check out time. But overall, would recommend this place and host.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. Beautiful modern home. Superb linens. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Terrific selection of beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, children’s beach toys. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this home. Highly recommend! 5 stars all around!!

Wonderful experience

Very beautiful house in amazing location. The hosts of the property could not have been more friendly or responsive. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 and we'll definitely go back!

Best location in Oceanside

Perfect spot on the strand that is 8-10 minute walk to the pier with shops and restaurants and you can walk right out the front door to the beach in low tide. Accommodations were excellent with huge patio doors to open to the ocean and a table with a fire pit on the patio for dinner and drinks. Everything was very clean and the beds were so comfortable my wife is making us purchase the same sheets and bedding! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Oceanside, thank you!

Amazing Stay

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this property! Shauna and Jason were so helpful, communicative, and accommodated us to the best of their ability. The house was extremely beautiful and very clean. All of the furniture and amenities were extremely high quality, which we really appreciated. Of course the location was incredible with shopping just a street behind us and the ocean right in front of us. Overall, this was an incredible experience and I would highly recommend the property to any large groups.
