The outdoor lanai is fully screened with a BBQ grill pool and plenty of floats and pool toys to enjoy. The indoor living space has plenty of room to lounge and the kitchen is well stocked to allow for easy dining and meal prep. There is even a Ping-Pong table in the garage to add hours of fun to your vacation. Nestled in an upscale residential neighborhood and minutes away from shopping and many dining options.
No Smoking indoors.
Any pets must be approved by owners and subject to non-refundable pet fee.
Solar Pool Cover must be in place when pool is not in use.
