This house was beautiful and had everything we needed. They even had beach chairs, an umbrella and plenty of beach towels. We couldn’t get the hot tub to turn on, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. We did use the pool, and it was wonderful. I did inquire about 2 issues, and they were immediately dealt with. I would recommend this house to others who are visiting the Ft Myers area.

The only real issue was that the hot tub didn't work and that was never communicated to us. Everything else was great and exactly what we needed during our 11 night stay!

We are not aware of any issues with the hot tub. There is a tabelt inside the home that controls it. If we were aware of we would have dealt with it

Great stay!

The main reason we rented this property was for our boat and the close proximity to the river and Gulf which did not disappoint!! There isn't much of a dock but it was easy to tie up and get in and out with our 25' boat. As far as the house it was fantastic. The interior was very spacious and accommodating, we have no complaints there. The pool area(where we spent most of our time when not out in the boat) was great!! Only negative was the hot tub would not heat up, but being there in Aug it was not a big deal so we didn't escalate it. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet getaway with the family!!

Hot tub does work and is controled by a touch screen in house, We check and system is on line.

The house and pool were clean and nice. The hot tub did not work, which was a disappointment and 2 of the 3 kayaks were broken. (1 of those actually not at all usable.)The house location was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Glad you enjoyed at the home. Wish you would have reach out to us about the hot tub and the kayaks. We would have address them. We were at the home today and notice the app to the pool heater was off and made adjustment. Will review kayaks and see what issues are if any and address.

The hot tub worked when we got there. Went in the next day, hot tub didn't work. Called the manager and he was there within an hour. He was able to fix the hot tub. He needed a part and let us know when the hot tub was fixed. Definitely would stay there again!!

Family vacation

My family and I had a great time in Cape Coral. The beaches are a short drive away-we went to a different beach every day! The house was perfect- loved the pool!

Perfect Location!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay, great location the house was clean, well maintained and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The management company was quick to respond and resolve a couple minor problems we had, great place!! We have booked for next year!!

The house was great the only issue we had was the pool and hot tub constantly need water added and we could not keep the temperature consistent in either one.

Glad you liked the home and had an enjoyable stay. We have corrected the issue with the pool spa temperature. We are in the process of dealing with a leak in the hot tub in getting it repair.

Home in paradise.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We fished and swam every day. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. Would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

Wonderful stay!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The pool is big and the lanai has plenty of seating. The home is well stocked and very comfortable furniture and beds. The property is on a nice quiet street and the canal makes it extra peaceful. We’ll be back for sure!!
