Playa Zancudo! Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, oceanfront home, newly furnished with king-size bed and queen bed, and 2 double bunk beds in the lower unit. The new U-shaped couch and cozy rocking chairs on the expansive ocean-facing porch is the perfect place to watch the sunsets. This brightly painted “feels like home” house has newly installed security windows and sliding garden door, and top of the line air conditioning in the bedrooms. With high speed internet, laundry facilities, hot water, bbq, bikes, kayaks, full access to the beach, a ranchero to enjoy a cold drink while watching the pelicans fish. This ideal Playa Zancudo location is an easy walk to local restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
