This well air conditioned home features an open floor plan with the living room, dinette and kitchen all flowing together. Out the back door, stepping stones lead to a circular patio with firepit and concrete BBQ grill. Just 2 minutes outside the town of Paquera, this area is a haven for birds and wildlife. Howler monkeys and white faced monkeys frequent the property and over 200 species of birds, including scarlet macaws, parrots, hummingbirds and cuckoos visit regularly. Relatively untouched by development, this region is still quite typical of Costa Rican life prior to the tourist boom. Oxcarts are used to haul material and horses are not uncommon. Just two minutes up the road however the new medical center, banks, supermarkets, and restaurants are all easily accessible.
