Historic Home near downtown, built in 1907 and renovated to maintain original charm. We're located 3 blocks from Franklin's BBQ, PaperBoy, Quickie Pickie and many more great restaurants! The home is a 3 bed/1 bath with a large living and kitchen open floor plan style. Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, central heat/air, free street parking, large wrap around porch and front yard. A quick 6 minute Uber to Congress Avenue, 6th st, Moody Center.
