Charming 3-bedroom house in lovely Austin with AC, WiFi, Pool and Pitch & Putt

Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply unwinding in the cozy living spaces, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Beautiful home located on a quiet street in South/Central Austin. This home is in a great location with easy access to all that Austin has to offer! Everything in the home is carefully thought out to ensure you have all that you will need. The house also features a large front and backyard with a fire pit, cowboy pool and mini pitch and put that are perfect for hanging out when relaxing between adventures.


The space
Newly updated and designed to be comfortable and feel like home. With the open floor plan it makes for a great space for entertaining or for cozy nights in. Beds are very comfortable and have 100% cotton bedding.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Premium appliances and a charcoal grill in the backyard. The dining table is large enough to accommodate 6-8 guests.



Guest access
Keyless entry means no lost keys or having to meet up. We will provide you with a new code before arrival.

The home is in a residential neighborhood with a large driveway to fit 4 cars and free parking on the street.

The property itself is easy access to all of Austin's attractions via uber or a short drive. Restaurants, shopping on South Congress, and Zilker park are less than 10 minutes away. Eastside and downtown are less than 15 away.

We are pet friendly! Please no parties or music after 11 pm. We love our neighbors and want to respect their space. Cleaning can be scheduled during your stay for additional cleaning fee. Let us know if you would like this and we can schedule it for you!

This was a great property for our family of 6. The back porch and yard were awesome yo have our 2 yr old grandson and grand dog run around in. The property to conveniently located near South Congress. We will definitely be coming back! The cowboy was broke but the host paid for us day passes at a local hotel that was so fun!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was in a quiet neighborhood near grocery store and restaurants. We walked from the house to Congress Street and enjoyed all the shops. Easy to Uber/Waymo to area attractions. Pool wasn't working, but hopefully fixed by summer time. Plenty of towels if you want to head to local swimming spots.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was a great size for us and had all the things we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well supplied. We enjoyed having morning coffee/tea on the back porch and we even took an afternoon off from sightseeing to enjoy the backyard cowboy pool. The location is good about 1.2 miles from the heart of SoCo but with the heat it was a hot, hot walk so we chose to drive. That said, there are several places within easy walking distance regardless of the weather for coffee, wine and food. In the Spring and Fall the walk will be super easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was excellent! The house was clean and fully equipped and was definitely a great deal for such an ideal location. The kids enjoyed the swing in the front yard and the pitch & putt in the back!Just a couple suggestions - more towel hooks in the bathrooms and maybe some bug lights throughout the house. We got a lot of mosquitos inside with the kids constantly going in and out of the house!Thank you for a great stay!
