Welcome to 18 Satterfield Place. This newly listed townhome comes fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, which includes two owner suites both with a garden tub and a downstairs bathroom. It also has beautiful hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and all appliances, including a washer and dryer, and an eat-in kitchen located off the patio. Large sectional seating in the living room, perfect for entertaining with a 65-inch TV mounted over a beautiful fireplace. Full access to the community pool, close to restaurants, grocery store, and lots of retail shopping.

Thanksgiving trip

We used the property for lodging for a family Thanksgiving at my sisters home nearby. Excellent location and the check in process and communications with the landlord were excellent!!! He was very attentive and any minor issues were correct quickly! Will rent again if available for next November!!!
