* Dog and kid friendly (there is a $95 pet fee /dog - 2 max)

The host was quick to reply with any questions. Lovely condo. The bed was very comfortable and slept in on a regular basis. Very nice people and neighbors. Nightly get togethers at the gazebo. Loved walking on the bridge and seeing pelicans and turtles and ducks. Nice access to beach. Dog friendly did it for us.

Great condo!

Holly checked in several times throughout our trip to make sure we had everything that’s needed. Condo was very clean and a short walk to the beach! I highly recommend Holly & her listings to anyone!

Best Vacation Ever

Where do I start! First off the trip was amazing, Holly our host was awesome! We had great communication the whole trip anything I needed or questions answered I just reached out and she got right back to me. The condo was great it had everything we needed she provided stuff for the beach overall it was a really amazing trip. The condo is perfect for a family or just kicking it with some good friends!! We came for my daughters senior trip!! My kids loved everything as well. And I will FOR SURE be staying here again. Thank you Holly for the awesome hospitality!! I’m really sad to leave honestly. ❤️😊❤️

Why they chose this property

We are super close to the beach and downtown, crab island and all the action. We also have wonderful restaurants to choose from and walking distance to a lot of great places here

What makes this property unique

I love that this is a townhouse with parking right out front and a patio out back and is in a quiet little community and it is not aa high rise and crowded condo! It is dog and kid friendly, and a couple minutes to walk to the private beach. If you do not want to use the beach chair service for a daily or weekly fee, I have enough extra chairs for 6 people , a beach wagon, there is tennis here, 2 pool areas, a large lake to feed the turtles or fish, the home is clean and updates, new BBQ and just an amazing spot to call home for your vacay.
