Villa was perfect for us and as advertised. Beach is just a quick walk across the street, villa was clean, in great shape and comfortable. Owner was very responsive throughout booking and messaging to check on us throughout our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer!!

Thanks for your review. Yes, agreed We Have Never Had Snow on the Beach in the 25 Years of living here! Much colder this Winter than normal 65–68-degree days and 50-degree nights which is typical for Snowbird season Jan and Feb. Let's hope we have a mild winter next 2026, since we enjoy meeting our snowbirds while they walk the beaches, etc.

The place was in a great location. Pool was never crowded. A very quick walk over to the beach. Great place to stay for the price!
