Located just minutes from some of Michigan's finest trout streams and the Huron-Manistee National Forest. Baldwin is a short 8 mile drive away with convenience stores, food and gas stations along the way. This is the perfect retreat for outdoor enthusiasts or families looking to enjoy their time up north with loved ones.

The main living space immediately greets you with a open layout and vaulted ceilings. Common space includes a 50" Smart TV and access to high-speed wireless fiber optic internet. The updated modern kitchen boasts quartz countertops, all-new appliances, and ample cabinet storage with plenty of cooking space, cookware and utensils.

A full tub/shower bath has a hand-built vanity and tile floor.

The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and standard bedroom accoutrements with a 48" flat screen TV.

The remaining bedroom is even larger, allowing for multiple sleeping configurations with two full size beds and two single bunks. This room also includes a 65" Smart TV & a new all-in-one washer/dryer combo.
