Welcome to this beautiful, private 1BD/1BA home nestled in the orchards. This unit combines peaceful countryside living with modern smart-home technology (Google Home, Nest Door Lock, Wi-Fi Light Switches). Nourish your body and soul with peaceful nature, clean alkalized water, and a home environment that utilizes non-toxic biodegradable soaps and cleaners. This would be a suitable place to stay for a traveling nurse, remote tech worker/executive, health-conscious individual or couple.

PRIVATE: The main living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, are exclusively yours and will not be shared space.
SHARED: There is no access into the garage space of this home. I or maintenance staff will occasionally get in/out of the laundry room and garage to tend to the garden and backyard. The laundry room is shared space that may occasionally be used by me or maintenance staff.
NEIGHBORS: There are also residents in the houses next door (2687), so please be aware of noise levels after-hours.

No pets allowed; we have a resident indoor/outdoor cat, Orbit, who comes around and is very friendly to humans (but might not be towards other cats or dogs)!
