Willbrook Villas unit 3- Located in South Rehoboth on Brooklyn Ave. This vacation rental is part of a small 4-unit townhome complex located at the corner of 1 St. Street and Brooklyn Avenue. These are the first houses in the second block of Brooklyn Ave. The home has a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room, and a small attached back deck with an outdoor shower. Upstairs, in addition to the open concept living and kitchen space, there is a third bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom. On the front of the unit, guests will find a small second floor balcony area running the width of the unit, ideally suited to enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and relaxing in the salty summer breezes coming off the Atlantic Ocean. This home is perfectly situated with a walk of only slightly over one block to the beach and is near Rehoboth Ave. It offers off-street parking for two cars, so you can simply park and walk to the boardwalk and downtown. Guests will find this two-story townhome to be a perfect location to experience everything Rehoboth has to offer. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $217.00.

Only 1 of the bedrooms had a Television and it was tiny. The main TV in the living room was just too small. Another bathroom would have added another star. We were fortunate of no rain during our week, so our beach gear on the back deck needed no protection. A covered deck would have added another star. Access to the deck was through the bedroom and this was a bit of a problem. There was no place to store groceries. Other than all of this, the place was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again even with these small issues.
