This charming 2 bedroom cottage, is just a 2 block short walk to the Beach and Boardwalk. Shopping & Dining around Rehoboth Ave is within easy walking distance. Just a short drive to to The Rehoboth Outlets. The first bedroom has queen size bed and cable TV with DVD player. Second room has a trundel bed. Cook, dine and relax with the open living, dining and kitchen area which also has cable TV and internet. Bathroom has stand-up shower. Outside seating and barbeque area, makes this the perfect place for small families or a group of friends.

Long weekend stay

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we need for a long weekend stay and was an easy 6 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. We especially loved the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the cottage was perfect for an easy, less than 10 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was very available for our questions and was a dream to work with. A phone call or text to David was answered immediately. Would definitely stay again if the timing was right!

Cute small cottage.

We enjoyed our stay here and loved that it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Cottage is comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Not sure the need for a mini fridge..which took up needed space in the lvg/dining area. Sun beamed in the cottage in the afternoon, making the cottage very cheerful and bright.

Fun Rehoboth getaway

We had a nice stay at David’s property! He was easy to communicate with, and stopped in our first day to check in. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. Both the beach and boardwalk were a short walk away, and my kids loved being so close to FunLand. My only complaint was that the bunk beds were as others mentioned very squeaky. Otherwise, the trip was smooth, painless and fun!

Excellent location, right in town, close to everything. House is complete with everything you could possibly need. The only issues were the comfort of the bed in the main room was lacking. It’s a memory foam, but the base isn’t good so it sags into the middle and isn’t very comfortable. Comforters are provided, but No other bedding or bathroom products of any kind beyond hand soap are provided, so please plan accordingly. Not a negative, but it’s not in the listing, so just plan for it. There are a few little convenience stores to check in if you need anything though. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay in Rehoboth. Host was extremely accommodating and very nice. Would happily stay here again.

Great location but a few hiccups with appliances

The coffee maker did not work because of a missing piece but David got us a different one right away. The fridge was not cooling properly and David got us a mini fridge that day. David was a great property manager and took care of any issues right away. The location is great and the outdoor shower was a bonus.

Great Location and lovely cottage

Property is close enough to the everything making it ideal for us to not use our vehicle. Quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, funland, restaurants and shopping. The cottage itself is a great size for a small family (4). I especially love the size as there aren't many small houses. The furnishings could use an update. The bunk bed is really loud. The drawers in the armoires were not in the best of shape, but there was still plenty of storage. David was great to work with. We had an issue with the AC and he had someone out to fix it right away. He also ended up replacing the grill. Overall it was a great stay.

Great Getaway

After spending much of the past seven months at home, venturing out only for exercise and essentials, we were more than ready for a week away. Although this is a two-bedroom property, we found it to be a perfect size for a two. Having rented many houses, I was extremely pleased to find that this was among the cleanest I have ever seen. There are more than enough glasses, mugs, plates and silverware, which was surprisingly high-end; none of those cafeteria quality forks with bent tines. David was very responsive when we had a bit of trouble with the electronic lock and when we needed some lightbulbs. I will also say the neighborhood was very quiet, which we appreciated. Many people wear masks around town and most adhere to the requirement that they be worn on the boardwalk. Quite a few of the restaurants and shops are open, but many close rather early in the evening. If you don’t need the hustle and bustle, the parking problems and noise that come with the summer crowds, this is a nice time to visit Rehoboth and 57 Philadelphia is a great little place to stay.
