Why they chose this property

I love the palm springs area. I have friends that live here and I'd like to spend a lot more time here when I retire. This seemed like the perfect place to be.

What makes this property unique

Stylishly decorated, excellent view, easy access to 2 pools and a hot tub. Centrally located. A place I'm happy to think of as a second home.
