Welcome to our home called the Magicway Villas + Micky's Playground at Anaheim Disneyland.

Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed THREE bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland's trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, newly renovated townhouse.

This comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high-quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.

We have paid a lot of attention to selecting top-quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes a 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful Chandeliers provide radiant light.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.

The second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.

The kid's bedroom has a bunk bed ( Full over full) with close access to the hallway bathroom.

Fireworks can be seen from the kid's bedroom, second bedroom, dining room, and both patios.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of the home.

A washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house.

High-speed internet and TV with extended channels are available.

We also offer one complimentary assigned parking space for your convenience.

*There are ring cameras by the entrance and patio area.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:

Max Occupancy: 9 including children and infants - including daytime visitors
City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am.
Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions, and/or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
Min Stay: 3 nights
Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.

Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours.

Everything was great! Checkin was very easy and accommodating. Very responsive host. If you are going to Disneyland it’s a 10 minute walk. Good pool and hotub to relax after the parks. Condos are a bit dated but it’s a great value.

Perfect base for a 3 day Disneyland trip. The unit has been remodeled and is very cosy. You can walk to the Disney parking garage and load the tram there (where they do the security check) although might be hard to navigate there on first try. Morning tram can be busy. It was nice to be able to save money on eating breakfast at the apartment, and prepare a packed lunch. Saved several hundred dollars a day making dinner there too.Highly recommend and will book again if we go back to Disneyland.

Everything was great - clean, nice, safe, quiet, plenty of room. The stairs were very steep inside the apt so if you’ve got a bad knee it’s a little tough but not bad. It’s definitely a longer walk than 7 minutes to Disneyland. We hired a ride share each day and it was very affordable.

Enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed for a few days visiting Disneyland and California Adventure. The 15-minute walk to Downtown Disney / Disneyland was a huge benefit. Was a little disappointed with this villa not being little kid friendly. Had to pick up the living room rug because my littles kept tripping over it and that wasn’t a good thing with the floor being tile. (The rug and coffee table were different from the ones in the pictures) The coffee table top was glass so we also had to move that to the side. Then the door to the condo only had one door latch which was very easy for my toddler to get it. Overall I didn’t want to be at the condo much other than sleeping because I was afraid my 1 and 3 year old would get hurt.

WARNING The condo looks nothing like the photos, it’s a dump. It was dirty and needs a deep cleaning. There is paint peeling off the stair banister, stains in the bathtubs, floorboards missing in one of the bedrooms, a broken curtain rod in another bedroom and more. The photos are from 10yrs ago. Safety is another issue. There is an outlet without a cover and has an extension cord plugged into it. It’s a fire hazard and there is no smoke detector in that room. I reached out for a refund as the photos are false advertisement, we didn’t get what we thought we were renting. Rick refused to give us a refund. He was rude, wouldn’t listen, and talked over me. He did send over a twin mattress as some of the “beds”, only a small child could sleep on. Some new towels were sent over as there wasn’t enough and what was there was old and worn. New sheets were sent over too because we found hairs on the bunk bed and were not sure the bedding had been changed. Both the towels and sheets were brand new with tags on, not washed. We had to wash them ourselves. We left after the 2nd night as the property owner didn’t correct the issues. They were supposed to fix the outlet, clean the place and wash the towels and sheets. The only thing they did was mop the floors. We reached out to VRBO to get a refund for the rest of our stay but the property owners refused the refund. VRBO did refund their service fee but that was it. Don’t rent this place, you’ll regret it!
