The property is excellent for Disneyland stays. It was close enough for us to walk back during the day from the parks for my grandson to get a nap. The pool and hot tub were nice, the property was clean, and the owners were very responsive to communication. We had a couple of issues we needed help with during the week, and they responded very quickly, within a matter of a few minutes. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The 10 minute walk to Disney made Storybook Villa a great location for our stay. It was clean, included everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable, As others mentioned, it was a little dated. The 2 parking spots came in handy as our family traveled from 2 locations for the stay. Josh was great about sharing any information we needed before we arrived.

The location of this property was perfect. It was such a close walk to Disney and we were able to go back and rest/swim after a morning at Disney and then go back at night. Communication with the host was great, and they were able to accommodate an early check in. Beds were super comfortable and we loved watching Disney fireworks from the bedrooms. My kids loved the pool! Cons:-Not enough seating in the living room. There was only 1 couch so it only sat 3 people in the whole room. - The upstairs got very hot. They did have fans for every room, which was super helpful, but hard to cool it down. We are still happy with our stay, and would probably stay again for the location.

The 3 bedroom villa was conveniently located close to Disneyland entrance. It made the park days easy and allowed to return home and even go back to the park without it being a lot of walking.

The accommodations met our expectations. Walking to the park was easy through Downtown Disney, then taking the tram back at day's end was convenient to save on steps. The location saved on parking with the proximity. The neighborhood felt very safe and well-kept. The home had some issues the host resolved for us as quickly as possible. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost anything you need to make simple meals. A pizza pan and wheel slicer would have been nice, but we cut the pizza in two and used a cookie sheet to offset baking it. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. Three bathrooms were always enough for 4 travelers. We were welcomed with a nice gift for our daughter. One thing to bear in mind is there are no food items or spices (We did see salt, pepper, CoffeeMate and maybe a sweetener in pantry and counter.)

WHO ARE WE? Fun-loving, Hard-working, kid-adoring family who love getting outside, traveling, making memories, spending time together, & investing in others. Party of 5! Mom, Dad, 2 girls and the little boy. Favorite things to do as a family: Get outdoors, dance around the living room to Disney theme songs, laugh, & read books together at bedtime. We are blessed! Now come stay at one of two favorite places ~ Storybook Villa #1 or #2.
