The fully equipped kitchen is ready for gourmet meal preparation, while the private balcony provides a serene escape to enjoy stunning sunrises over the Atlantic.

With three bedrooms, all located upstairs, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom, privacy and comfort are assured for all. This home is your personal escape, offering exclusive access to the building`s private pool and tennis court, both just a short stroll from the beach.
