* **Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room):** Full-over-full bunk bed, a futon, a 40" TV, and its own dedicated full bathroom.

* **Additional Sleeping:** A chase lounge in the bunk room and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room offer flexible sleeping arrangements.

* **Stairs Required:** The main living area of the home is on the second floor and requires climbing a flight of stairs. This may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.

* **Golf Cart Agreement:** A separate user liability agreement must be signed prior to using the included golf cart.

* **Check-In Verification:** A photo ID may be required upon check-in to verify the primary renter.
