Gulf View! 4 bathrooms! New Construction! - Southern Ties

Southern Ties was constructed in 2022 and offers spectacular ocean views and very convenient walking access to the beach! The home has a bathroom for every bedroom, so you don't have to share a sink with everyone in your party! The home is beautifully adorned with upscale furniture throughout. You will find everything you need for a dreamy beach vacation. The high ceilings, built-in furniture, crown molding, and modern lighting really set a clean, crisp and elegant vibe, that also is warm and comfortable. Allow yourself a taste of the Southern Ties on Dauphin Island!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
10. Insurance policies do not allow the use of cargo lifts by guests.

The house was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone and very nicely decorated.

We had an amazing time staying in the house. It was so close to the beach and had everything we needed.

Toilet was dirty in one of the bathrooms. There was an empty box left on the coffee, and the internet didn’t work the entire stay. Note I did get a reimbursement for the internet. The house was stocked with the bare minimum on supplies. I liked the location and outside of these complaints really liked the potential that this house has to offer.

Beautiful house. Would rent it again. Didn't have access to elevator and couldn't find a key to unlock the controls but I didn't call and ask about it either. Was unclear if we were allowed to use it. Should update documents to make it clear if its available for use and if so how to gain access to the controls.
