The Portofino Redefines 'Exclusive.' The Portofino Towers Are Each Separated By 300 Feet of Ecologically Preserved Land and Feature Their Own Lobby, Pool and Hot Tub, Beautiful Interiors, Huge Balconies for Entertaining, and Water Views from Nearly Every Room.

You’ll Be Hard Pressed to Find an Amenity That the Portofino Lacks. Portofino Features a Lifestyle Center That Includes State of the Art Fitness Equipment. They Also Have Personal Trainers, Pilates, Spin Classes, Yoga Classes, Water Aerobics and Other Classes.

Our Unit is Located in Tower 1 on the Eighth Floor. It Has 1335 Square Feet of Beautiful Tile Floors and Is Beautifully Decorated Throughout. The Balcony and Each Room Offer Breathtaking Views of the Santa Rosa Sound.

Our Unit Will Sleep Six People Comfortably with One King Size Bed, Two Twin Beds, and a Pull Out Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Kitchen Is Equipped with Everything Needed for Cooking Meals. The Dining Space Has a Large Glass Table That Will Accommodate Six People with Three Bar Stools at the Breakfast Bar for Additional Seating.

The Living Space and Both Bedrooms Have Their Own Flat Screen TV and also a DVD Player. Free Unsecured Wireless Internet is Available in the Unit. The Master Bathroom Has a Glass Walk-in Shower, Jacuzzi Tub, His and Her Sinks, and a Separate Toilet Area.

Wonderful trip and property

We were in town for a dance competition and the property was perfect with activities and access to the beach. We had a minor issue and they sent someone that day to fix it. Would return again.

Portofino Island Resort is a beautiful place to stay for a wonderful vacation. The staff is very friendly and professional, resort grounds are very well kept, restaurant food is great, condo was neat and clean. I enjoyed watching the most beautiful sunset from the balcony.

Property was amazing! Room was exactly as described. Clean, all the amenities you could need. Great view of the bay. 5 minute walk beach. Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff! Clean facilities. Host were informative and quick with any email questions. There is no grocery store on the island so might want to stop at Walmart or the Publix on big island side before heading across bay! Will be back!

Spring Break’25

We had a wonderful stay, in a clean, comfortable, spacious condominium. There was good communication between the host and us. I recommend bringing a couple extra dish towels, dish cloths, laundry detergent for washing your beach towels, and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper if you are going to stay there for one week.Thanks for a great stay!!

The Portofino was an amazing property. There is no reason to leave if you don’t want to! Our condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to stay for our vacation. The kids loved the multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Dolphin cruise and jet ski rental is a must!
