House is in a great location-close to restaurants, stores, entertainment, etc. we were in town for a wedding so it was close to our family and only 30 minutes from the venue. House was clean, had everything you could need, plenty of space for us and our 5 teenage kids. Communication with Jay was always quick and helpful. We will definitely rent again when we come to town.

Plenty of space, games, very nice home. Balcony with furniture was a nice element. Property was in a quiet neighborhood. Biggest drawbacks were that the icemaker didn't work and there were no icetrays in the freezer, had to make a special trip for ice, and no control over the temperature of the house. Other than that, everything was great!
