I have lived in Chicago for over 20 years with 2 kids, I have lots of knowledge about the city and what it offers. Roscoe Village is a charming and laidback “village within the city” neighborhood with casual taverns, local shops, and cute cafes that spill out onto the sidewalks during the warm weather months.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood offers a village-like life style in the city of Chicago. It has a nickname 'stroller village' as many families choose it for raising their children. It's an ideal place for raising my 2 kids. It has great schools, parks, lots of baseball litter leagues, and close to Wrigley Field! It's surrounded by shops and restaurants; Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs Home) is 20 - 25 minutes walking distance away; walking to Wrigley Field is very pleasant since it passes lovely Southport Corridor shopping area. All the conveniences are in walking distances.
