Very nice location and comfortable apartment. Super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Did not expect so much El (train) noise, but it sure would have been great if we’d needed local transit. You can walk to restaurants and the tree-lined street is lovely.

We were very happy with our stay at Rick’s place. It was very convenient. The parking was plentiful and location was absolutely perfect communication between us and Rick was hands-down the best we would definitely stay here again. Everything worked out amazing. The neighborhood is so pretty and safe. This was absolutely perfect for us and we were so happy it went well.

Super chill basement apartment with windows. Very modern, nice shower and furniture. Price was extremely reasonable in a pretty cool neighborhood. Not a bad trip from ohare. If you're not a Chicago native, the train noise was a bit much but I managed to sleep ok anyway.
