A beautifully maintained condo, conveniently located near The Grand Traverse Resort. This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers all the necessities for a delightful vacation in Traverse City. Complete with in-unit laundry and a fully equipped kitchen, it provides the perfect retreat for a few days. Plus, enjoy entertainment on three smart TVs, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies (please use your personal login and remember to log out before leaving).



Please note this unit only has one A/C unit that is hosted in the living room for the entire apartment.

Ideal Spot for the Horse Show!

Property was clean, functional and ideally located for the horse show. Beds and couch were very comfortable and the onsite laundry was a welcome convenience giving the changing weather we had during our stay. The location provides lovely views and is perfectly situated by the show, grocery store and good restaurant. Would absolutely recommend!

Convenient location for conference at Grand Traverse Resort

Older condo complex that was being resided. Caused us to tiptoe through the construction materials to get to the entrance. A heads up to this would have been appreciated. Had to close drapes due to construction workers wandering around outside (including on the patio to unplug an extension cord). Interior of condo was fine. Bed was comfortable. Location was good for convention at GTR.

We loved everything about this property however, most of the lights did not work and we found mouse droppings in the bathroom. Other than those issues we really enjoyed staying there and would stay again.

Construction

Summary of the unit was a little misleading. Said it had air conditioning but 1 wall unit in the living room is not A/C for the whole unit. Didn’t even have fans in bedrooms. The whole unit had a damp humid feel. Ongoing construction to the outside of the unit. Wish he had been warned. Knock on door to ask if they could replace the front door was weird. Management company claimed construction was complete but that wasn’t true. Front porch had old siding & back porch had zero siding.
