Two bedrooms, two bath condo located just outside of traverse city.

Come enjoy this newly renovated condo in a quiet complex just outside of all that Traverse City has to offer. Come back to the condo after a long day of sightseeing, hiking, golfing, or a day at the wineries and enjoy this comfy space. The condo is only 15 minutes from down town Traverse City. Some of the nicest golf courses around are just in the backyard. The Spruce, Wolverine, and Bear.

Each room comes fully furnished with a queen matress and linens. washer and dryer are located in the hallway next to the livingroom. the living room has a nice open flow into the kitchen. perfect for that person who does all the cooking to stay connected to the other guests. the livingroom is extremely comfortable, so after a long day of doing all that traverse city has to offer you can come back and relax.

We are mere minutes from the award-winning Wolverine, Bear, and Spruce golf courses. We are within a 30-mile radius of the area’s most coveted wineries, Torch Lake, Great Wolf Lodge, and Turtle Creek Casino. There’s truly something for everybody!

The location was excellent. Due to the fall weather we took advantage of the fireplace. The photos of the condo on the VRBO site were accurate. The only negative was that you could hear the people living/staying above our unit walking around and at times could hear their conversations. They weren’t loud. It was due to the lack of soundproof at the condo. It was not enough from stopping us from returning.
