Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please adjust thermostats back to original setting of 75 if it was altered.
Please empty all trash cans into big trash bin out front. All trash should be in a bag, no loose trash in bin outside

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking: 2 vehicle max! 1 vehicle in driveway, 2nd vehicle may block driveway. Do not block neighbors driveway or your vehicle will be towed!
No littering: do not throw cigarette butts or trash on the grounds. If pick up after guest check out, fee is $20 per butt or item will be accessed
Do not remove items from home: Items taken or damaged could result in additional fees according to the particular item in order for it to be replaced.
