This home is centrally located, just 10 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, 7 minutes from Camp Creek Marketplace (shopping, restaurants and bars), 15 minutes from Downtown Atlanta and Mercedes Benz Stadium. 10 minutes to the Convention Center

Daughter's birthday

We celebrated our daughter's 15th birthday. The the host surprise our daughter with flowers and a balloon which amazing. The next time we visit Atlanta we will be booking here agin. The house was cozy and beautiful.

Air conditioner didn’t work. The house was unbelievably HOT!! The thermostat was never lower than 83 degrees at night, daytime was 85 to 87 degrees. Property owner/manager should have a check list for things like this. I had to purchase fans for the bedrooms to try and beat the heat. Definitely the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been on vacation.

Byron,I reached out to you several times during your stay with no reply. You waited until check-out to tell me about the air. I can’t fix an issue that I’m not aware of. Why would you buy fans and not reach out to me to report the air??? This is my business, why wouldn’t I want all of my guests to have a comfortable stay and great experience? The air was fixed the same day you reported it at checkout. Had you reported it sooner your experience would have been better. Thank you for your feedback.

Missing Amenities

The home was clean and tidy. The listing included reference to coffee bar area and coffee availability. When we go to the home a drip coffee maker was available, but there was no coffee (grounds) and the creamer and condiments were old and lacking. Also, although there was laundry (washer and dryer) available, there was no laundry detergent provided. The soap dispensers were barely 1/2 full and towels and wash clothes were small. One of the attractions of a Vrbo listing is that the stay feels like home vice a hotel stay. although the house was good size, that bare amenities available made it more of a hotel stay than a home stay. I would not book again.
