Beautiful, sought-after end unit in the Selkirk townhomes with 1,625 sq ft to stretch out in. Direct access to ski runs and mountain bike trails. A short walk (or ski) down the resort base. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, including 2 master suites. Up to 5 separate beds. Discount automatically applied for stays of 7 days or more.

With Glacier National Park to the west, and Yoho, Banff and Kootenay National Parks to the east we are ideally situated to explore the mountain parks. Hiking and sightseeing in the summer and skiing/snow boarding in the winter. Complimentary National Parks Pass for your stay, upon request.

Private hot tub with natural salt water system; no chlorine odor, soothing on the skin. Private BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. Free wifi and satellite TV. Spacious, heated 2 car garage. Boot warmer/drier to ensure the ski or snowboard boots are comfortable every day.

Enjoy the welcome basket with a wine from a BC Estate Winery, and snacks to unwind after your journey to the resort. Exclusive heated tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen keeps your toes cozy. Kitchen features marble counters and is stocked with all the cutlery, dishes, pots and pans and common condiments ready for use.

Check-out time is 10 am. We appreciate on time departure so that we can complete cleaning before the next arrival. Take your garbage and recyclables to the garbage shed across the road to the left.
Please leave used beds unmade and towels and used house coats in the bathrooms.
We would appreciate it if you would send us a text message to 250.939.8151 upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time between 11 pm and 7 am. Please respect the enjoyment of the neighbours by keeping noise down.

Beautiful place - actually much larger than it looked in the photos. A very short walk to where you can ski (less then 2 minutes )Lots of thoughtful touches including a frozen pizza if needed on arrival and some snacks and wine on arrival. Will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo right in the heart of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden, BC. The location couldn’t be beat — we were steps from the village and it made for such an easy home base for our Canadian Rockies adventures.The kitchen was fully stocked with condiments, spices, and everything we needed to cook. After long days of hiking, the hot tub was an absolute highlight — nothing beats soaking those tired legs while looking out at the mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable too, which made a big difference after all our exploring.One of our favorite mornings was taking the chairlift right from the resort to see Boo the grizzly bear at his mountain habitat, then continuing up to the summit for some truly breathtaking views. Having that experience just steps from our door was such a treat.This property genuinely had everything we could have asked for. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip to the Rockies!

Great place to stay at KH! Easy ski in/out very close to the lifts.Beautiful place with a well equipped kitchen if you like to cook. Heated foot pads to the hot tub was a nice surprise.Big garage for parking, and equipped with boot heaters, ski rack and equipment shelves.Great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Upon arriving, we were impressed. Excellent garage parking. Wonderful that a park pass and bear spray were available for use. Everything you could think of was available. Even if you forgot something, there is an oops I forgot drawer. The snacks available were great for hiking days and the hot tub was enjoyable in the evenings to enjoy the wonderful view. The road up the mountain became our favorite, searching for bears and deer. The unit is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely recommend and come again if in the area. The hosts were very attentive and answered questions quickly. Even a minor plumbing issue was resolved within the day ( even if it may have been user error!). Thank you for a memorable stay!!

Our entire family loved this place. We had three generations there. Place was clean, well equipped, and Dave left no stone unturned to make sure we had a great stay! Great location close to the Pioneer two seater.

Great location for exploring the Canadian Rockies! The house had everything we needed for the week and the hosts were responsive and thoughtful. We loved the space to spread out, gas grill, decks with incredible views, and hot tub. We'd love to come back for ski season in the winter! Definitely recommend.

Lovely property, great view, well appointed with items needed and many gifts left for us to avail ourselves: the "oops" drawer; snack bars; wine; use of Park Pass. The hosts are very generous and also easy to communicate with and problem solve. Highly recommend renting this unit.

We first visited Kicking Horse in 2006, and were instantly addicted. Views that take your breath away no matter how many times you see them. Fantastic, challenging skiing and snowboarding, endless summer mountain activities; hiking, mountain biking, and the exhilarating Via Ferrata. Does it get any better?

Walking distance to everything at the resort, but away from the noise at the gondola base for a relaxing get-away.
