Woodfern Retreat-Charming Cabin, Fantastic Central Location, Pet Friendly!
Welcome to Woodfern Retreat! This charming mountain cabin with its warm and inviting style, will make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door.
Centrally located just off the main road in Maggie Valley, this place is perfect for year round mountain adventures. It has easy paved access, is motorcycle friendly, and is also convenient to all the shopping, restaurants, and attractions that Maggie Valley has to offer, such the festival grounds and Cataloochee Ski area.
Woodfern Retreat is set in a fantastic location and is just a short drive to Cherokee, Soco Falls, Harrah’s Casino, historic Waynesville, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Asheville and the Biltmore Estate are also less than an hour away.
When you arrive at the cabin, you’ll find a lovely open floor plan that welcomes family and friends to relax and enjoy time together. You’ll enter into the spacious and updated kitchen that is well stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking and dining. This area also has a washer and dryer and half bath for our guest’s convenience. The kitchen opens into the dining area which seats 4 and then flows into the living room which is filled with cozy seating and offers a wood burning fireplace and smart tv.
The master suite is a luxurious sanctuary with its comfortable queen bed, tv, and private desk for those that may need to work remotely during their stay. The en-suite bath will make you feel like you’ve stepped into a spa, with its jetted tub, beautiful walk in shower, dual sinks and high end finishes.
Travel upstairs and you’ll find an additional three guest rooms and another full bath. One room offers a cozy queen bed and plenty of privacy. The second guest room is great for kids and has a full over queen bunk bed. The third guest bedroom offers a cozy day bed.
Outside, enjoy the mountain air from the covered porches, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, or help yourselves to the propane grill and enjoy an amazing meal!
