Great Host, great property and great stay!!Came up for 4 day weekend just to get away.Beautiful views from back porch listening to birds and the winds!!
Patrick's cozy cabin was perfect for our trip to Maggie Valley. We were close the slopes, and tubing and had all the amenities and more that we needed.
We had a wonderful time in Maggie Valley. This was our third year coming to town from Atlanta for Eurofest. Previously we've stayed at the Smokey Falls lodge. We wanted a more secluded, at home feel for our stay this time, and this property provided exactly that! We will be booking again for next year! Thanks again!
This was the second time my husband, our dog and I stayed at this lovely home in the mountains. It is such a great little house, the back porch is the perfect place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning while admiring the mountain view. It’s close to the main road without being on it, so it’s easy to get to wherever attractions you want to visit while in the area. I’m sure we’ll be back another time as we truly enjoy this home.
Everything was good. Place has a nice front porch and a good size back deck.
Nicely decorated. Beds comfortable.
We did have a little trouble with which of the 3 remotes worked for the TV. We figured it out.
Nice information book with list of restaurants.
We would stay again.
Very nice place. Would definitely stay again. Communication was very fast and easy. If you are scared to drive in the mountains this place is for you. Very easy to get to in any weather. Only issue would be the bed down stairs is extremely high so if you have older people staying here it would be very difficult for them to get in and out of the bed. And the other options would be the couch or the room upstairs. But very cute and clean cabin.
We never used vrbo before and was skeptical about it. Our minds were changed when we walked in we wasn't expecting the inside to be so roomy. And we weren't bothered. We took our 16 yr daughter and our 2 dogs. Everyone had a great time. Our family absolutely enjoyed our week there! We relaxed on the porch with the beautiful mountain views! Our week there was so peaceful. The cabin was in a great location from stores and shopping 10 minutes. And Patrick was very helpful and answered back promptly with the questions we had. Definitely give it 5 stars. Fully equipped with washer/dryer. And stocked with amenities. And we will return to this place again!
We stayed in this little cottage for two weeks. It’s small but well appointed. It was lovely to have a yard to walk our pups in, especially when it rained (almost the whole first week!!) Patrick was extremely helpful and responded quickly to the few questions that we had. Just a couple of comments that could have made the stay even better. It would be great to have a full sized coffee maker!! The little 4 cup coffee maker was too small and I was making two pots every morning. With a two week stay, it would have been helpful to have the owner’s locked closet in the upstairs room instead of the master downstairs. We made it work by using the upstairs bedroom closet but it could have been more convenient. Lastly, if you want to watch live TV, come prepared with your provider sign in info or know how to stream from your phone or tablet. Not a big deal for us but it might be for some. Overall, it’s a lovely place and we enjoyed ourselves. Just a couple things that could have made it even better. Maggie Valley is one of our favorite places and we will be back.
Really comfortable, cute cabin. Very clean with almost everything we could need (a box of tissues would be nice), Close to everything but very quite. Will try and book again.
This was our third time staying here while visiting the area - it's a great location, close to Cherokee and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway and so many other awesome places are just a short (and scenic) ride away. We are certain to come back again as we truly enjoy this VRBO!
The cabin was in a great location, easy access to Maggie Valley restaurants and away from traffic noise. The cabin has all of the necessities for a great getaway.
