1 Bedroom Suite-Stay Suites-Hwy 71 Arnolds Park

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former
Our suites are named after locations on West Lake. You would be staying in Echo Bay. This is a 1 queen room with everything provided. It has a small living room with a smart tv and cable tv. There is a couch and 2 chairs so you can relax after a day at the lake.
There is a kitchen with a microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds), toaster oven.

You will receive an email with step by step instructions on how to find your suite. You will receive a text message 24 hours prior to stay with the door code.

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 building along highway 71.
These are in addition to our other STAY PROPERTIES across the street
Attractions close by:
*You are half a block from the public beach on West Lake.
*4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park
*The Ritz, Miles and The Okoboji Store are steps away so you can begin your FUN IN BOJI!
*Boat ramp is 3 blocks away so you can launch quickly!

We offer keyless entry into all of the units at Stay Properties. You will receive a custom code 48 hours before your check-in. We do offer early check in for a fee, please contact us for more information.

Our facility is 3 levels of short -term suites. We also have a roof top patio that you access on the 2nd level. By the door to the patio we have a closet with extra bedding, cooking items you may not find in your room. Ironing boards, iron and a vacuum if you need it.


During the summer, walking is probably your fastest form of transportation in Okoboji. Bring the wagon, scooters and bikes for the kids. We are located right on the bike trail for the Iowa Great Lakes.

Stay Suites is on the 2nd level of the former 316 building. There are 13 steps to get to these suites. We do offer a roof top patio with a great view to the north. We do not have a grass area at this location.
This is not a good location for a bachelor X party. There are 12 airbnbs at this location so you do have neighbors.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.

Awesome Property

This was perfect for us while attending the Iowa Winter games! The location was awesome, lots of extra parking and the unit was very nice, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great place and we plan on staying there again next year!

We had an outstanding experience! Sheri was so so so easy to work with. Everything is automated and self serve. Great stay

The 1 bedroom was spacious and clean. Only wish it had a small oven or a pizza maker. As we stayed on a week night for a concert and a lot of restaurants close before the concert was out and bought pizzas but no way to cook. We ended up using the grill outside. Other than that comfortable beds and a nice place to stay. Close to Arnold’s park and amenities.

Everytime I have stayed it has been fantastic. I enjoy staying there instead of a hotel. It's clean and have a bedroom separate from the kitchenette and fridge. This room has a TV in the living area and a tv in the bedroom. I recommend giving a try if you have not stayed there before. Plus I can walk to restaurant right next to their location so parking is not a problem for dinner or a beer.
