Was just looking for a small place to crash at night as every day was filled with scheduled events and this place was perfect for that, from check in to checking out everything went smooth. If I ever go back to Peoria this is the place I’m checking for availability first.

Good house for a low maintenance family. All basic amenities were present and house is in a quiet area.

The best part of this location is that it was perfectly located for my work needs. Seemed liked a safe neighborhood and unfortunately the house was minimally stocked for kitchen usage. To spend 13 days at a property you’d think the proper supplies would be available. Hopefully the host takes my private message into consideration. The Wi-Fi is by far the worst and again for being there solely for work I had to rely on my personal hot spot to complete my days work.
