Sea Captain's Cottage 4; Oceanfront Cottage Court
This Carolina Classic Beach Cottage is what a stay on the Outer Banks is all about. Designed for small families wanting to focus on time together enjoying the beach which is merely steps away. SCC4 is a newly constructed cottage (completed September 2022) that is merely steps to the beach.
The Sea Captain's Cottages consist of four 2 bedroom cottages that sit on the oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills.
SCC4 was built up high so please note that the staircase is rather tall. Underneath the cottage is parking as well as a studio Apartement with a full time resident.
Bed sheets and bath towels as well as 2 beach chairs are provided
The private walkway to the beach is for all guests of The Sea Captain's Cottages. Please note that a flight of stairs must be climbed in order to access the beach and the dune is a bit on the steep side. Perfectly fine for most, but those with knee problems or elderly persons may find it somewhat difficult.
Located on the Oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills, the Sea Captains Cottage allows you to literally walk out your front door to the beach. No packing up the car with gear and driving around looking for beach access parking. The cottage is close to shopping, 2 grocery stores, quaint coffee shops and many wonderful Outer Banks restaurants.
You will need a car. Uber and Lyft services are available on the Outer Banks all year.
Keyless entry makes checking in easy for our guests. Each cottage is provided one (1) parking space, no exceptions.
Please note a full time resident lives in the lower level Apartement therefore we ask that you be mindful of noise levels after 11:00 pm.
