Nice property but needs a little TLC. Entryway should have been swept clean. Windows could be washed. Ceiling leaks because floor above has a manual sump pump, it should be automatic. Pet friendly but back yard is weeds and briars and construction materials and construction holes, leg breakers. Dog couldn’t walk in yard for briars. Host was excellent at returning calls/ text and very responsive at getting internet fixed. Probably will go back in a year . I give it a 9 out of ten.

Lovely home right across the dune to the private beach! Very clean and nicely furnished. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze and host even accommodated an early check-in so our toddler could get inherited nap. Are looking forward to our next visit and would definitely stay here again!!

Overall a very positive experience and we had a very nice stay.I would recommend two things: upgrading the king bed because it's too soft and resulted in discomfort for me and my girlfriend. Additional/upgraded kitchen amenities/appliances.

Wonderful property! Very clean inside the house and short private access to the beach! Property manager/owner will work with any concerns or problems that may arise! Mentioned a set of batteries were dead and within 20 mins there was brand new batteries on the door step!
