About this property

A warm at home feeling in the kottage. Full kitchen and a quiet patio to enjoy. Pet friendly with fenced in area. (2 per stay, with max of 75lbs, additional or other considerations must be approved- fees apply) Come stay for a few days or a long term. Free street parking and convenient to Route 52 and 823. I want guests to feel at home and have that comfortable stay the cottage is build in 1949 and has refinished floors, great at home feel. We want our guests to enjoy and not feel obligated to hotel environments or unneeded concerns

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Side yard allows for event- prior approval and fee applies. Portable toilet must be rented. No unauthorized parties

Dogs must always be controlled , never left unattended for any reason ,all feces removed. $500 min. fee for failure or damages from dogs.
