Welcome to Nashville Beach, a lavish Gulf Shores vacation home located directly on West Beach. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Nashville Beach welcomes you with impeccably designed coastal chic interiors, a gulf-front private pool, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of America.

Offering 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests, designed with large groups in mind. Nashville Beach's features include a fully stocked state-of-the-art kitchen, an elevator, and three communal areas. Plus, with social time at the top of mind, Nashville Beach offers entertainment space with expansive seating inside and outside to accommodate the whole group.

What's more, Nashville Beach's main deck offers exclusive amenities for maximum luxury and convenience, including a gulf-front heated pool, an entertainment deck complete with an outdoor bathroom, and a private boardwalk for ease of access to the beach. To top it off, the third-floor entertainment space offers an indoor/outdoor Sunroom with lounge furniture, a big-screen television, games, and a fire pit on the deck. Illuminated by floor-to-ceiling glass, this space is home to a butler's pantry, an ice machine, a mini fridge just outside the Sunroom, and another half bath.

Upon entry to the main floor of Nashville Beach, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen with a built-in island banquet, living space with two lounging areas, and an expansive dining area overlooking the main deck and the Gulf of America, plus a laundry room with 2 stacked washer and dryer sets, and 2 bedrooms down the hallway. Upstairs, you will find the remaining six bedrooms, another living area, and a gulf-front deck off the 2 southern bedrooms. The third floor includes an oversized sunroom, wet bar, and half bath. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, Nashville Beach offers generous flat-screen TVs in both living areas and each bedroom, an elevator accessible from the ground to the top floor, and comfortable seating for every guest.

Nashville Beach is designed with an array of features to ensure both comfort and safety for all guests. For families, the property prioritizes the safety of young beach-goers with pool deck door alarms. On the first floor, a king bedroom includes a wheelchair-accessible bathroom equipped with a roll-in shower and grab bars for added convenience. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of a commercial-grade ice maker, perfect for keeping your ice chest full and cool drinks flowing. Upstairs, the second-floor den offers a perfect retreat with a plush sofa and an oversized TV, ideal for guests seeking a peaceful space to relax.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is prohibited. Kaiser Vacation. Bedspreads and pillow shams depicted in the photographs may be exchanged for white linens. Nashville Beach is best booked directly through our website. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee of $58 per day. The pool depth is 4.5 ft and 12 x 24 in size. The parking area can comfortably accommodate 8 vehicles. Weddings and events are allowed with prior approval, and an additional event fee will apply

Awesome house steps from the sand! Great time with 17 family members. So much room with comfy beds and every amenity so thoughtfully done! Hosts were great as well! Each floor has a beautiful view of the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay! The property is even better in person! It was so nice sitting by the pool and feeling the breeze of the ocean. We will certainly consider this home for future vacations! The home is furnished with beautiful decor, the beds are very comfortable, linens high end and exactly what you would expect! The kitchen was FULLY equipped. We loved all the seating available for our group of six adults and six children. We ate most of our meals in and I really enjoyed the kitchen, gas cooking and all the amenities. Although I wondered, with the notice given, there were plenty of supplies for the kitchen, bath and laundry. I appreciated knowing there was not ANY food in the kitchen/pantry. Not a problem, as long as you can prepare for that. The outdoor space was very nice. Along with the pool area, there was also another outdoor living area under the shade of the home with a TV, wood fired barbeque pit and lots of seating. Our family is a family of cooks and we really enjoyed that! This was our first visit to this area and we all loved it! Thank you to the owners for making this property available.

The house was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked. It had a great outdoor space by the pool. Top level deck was a nice touch. House was very clean, but there were a couple small areas that were missed. There were 2 workers that came during our stay. They did not bother us, but we would have appreciated a heads up about them coming.Overall, we loved the property very much!!

Great property! The spacious great room opening on to the large back deck was perfect for our large group. The large kitchen was also perfect for us. Couple of things some people told me: The sheets on one of the bedrooms off the kitchen evidently didn't get completely dried so she said it smelled mildewed. The shower in the bunk room did not drain, so you were standing in ankle deep water by the end of your shower. Still a great time.

This was our first experience with Kaiser Vacation Rentals. Overall, they get an A. From booking to checking out, they were amazing. We had a few questions/requests during our stay that were sent a really odd hours, expecting a response the next day. The messages we sent were answered within minutes and helped to make our stay perfect. We actually ending up staying an extra day which was handled within minutes of our request. I believe this is our 12th trip to the area and Kaiser was the best by far. The house was great. Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The pics actually do NOT do justice to the house. The kitchen was perfect for a LOT of people. Pretty sure every kitchen appliance was available X 2. There was a guestbook that lots of families had shared their experiences. I noticed that all of the little requests/comments were actually updated in the house. One was baby gates. We don't have little ones but I discovered baby gates in the upstairs closet. I thought that was fantastic! When in doubt, go on a hunt. You will probably find what you need. As with any VRBO, always remember to bring TP, paper towels, a few extra dish towels and maybe some windex for simple clean up. To add to the experience, the beach is a VERY short walk down a beautiful wood path/ramp, right past the POOL. This property was put together perfectly and absolutely lovely.

Check in was smooth and we walked into a beautiful very clean house with views of the beach right there! We all had a great time, we spent almost 3 weeks and never got bored. We had beautiful weather and having a heated pool was amazing. We had a few issues that were promptly resolved. Good job by Kaiser! Definitely a great home to stay in, almost perfect!! Great location too.

A beautiful home. Loved that each bedroom had own bathroom. Powder room on main floor and outside on deck is so convenient. Great kitchen. My husband and I highly recommend. We had eight people in our party, ages 60 to 75. Elevator is definitely a plus. Would be great for family. The deck and pool is wonderful but needs some shade. Loved that it's one house, not split like some.
