Freezer/refrigerator, stove needs to be repaired, Blackstone flat top is a disaster, dirty rusty. Countertop ice maker is made for a family of 4 people. No furniture on the 3rd floor balcony. I paid for a luxury home and received something less. Pay attention to the details and execute better.
