Great property in a delightful neighborhood

This is such a great property for adult friends to share! Two main bedrooms with king beds and a twin pull out trundle in the lower level share a huge bathroom. The casita has all of its own things. The kitchen is huge with great appliances, an eat-at bar and a table for four. We didn't cook but spent a lot of time around the table snacking and talking and catching up on our days Living room was chill to relax and watch tv. The house is bright and sunny with blinds for privacy. The large back yard is a perfect place to read or chat and have a drink in the late afternoon (in Feb, not August). The overall vibe is sophisticated and relaxing. The host has considered every need. We would definitely stay here again.
