Our cozy condo is newly renovated with all the amenities and comfort of home. Wake up to the sunrise right outside your window or on the beautiful closed in porch overlooking a peaceful pond. We are located inside Kingston Plantation resort. Our location is within walking distance to the ocean, hair and nail salon, restaurants, shopping plaza and Tanger outlet, ice cream, tennis, volleyball, pickleball. Popular barefoot landing, Duplin winery, mini golf, Laser Tag, is just a few miles away. Arcadia golf course is right across the street. Amenities - Golf Cart, wagon, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, family custom vacation t-shirts and or koozies, visors will be waiting for you for a reasonable fee. Just tell us what you need to make your vacation stress free and full of memories. We stock puzzles, playing cards, DVD and DVD player at your fingertips for a fun evening in. Being a family vacationing in Myrtle Beach for the past 30 years we want to be a part of helping you make the most of family time. Need a pack and play, high chair, just let us know, no need to drag any of that with you. Choose us, you won’t be dissapointed!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is a dyson sweeper in master bedroom if you need to use please lift straight up off the base press buttonon handle to start, it will be fully charged.
There is a misting fan on outdoor porch. Buttons to operate are on the top. Pour water into the fan that is located on the top behind the operating buttons. Please empty when you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great stay

Great stay. Clean property. Perfect for my family. Just note that if you want to rent beach chair, golf cart etc. from the host you need to let them know ahead of time. The listing made it sound like you can rent while there but it was a misunderstanding on my part, but didn’t take away from the overall property.

Beautiful clean condo

I booked this for a conference and didn’t know if any of my family would be able to make the trip. In the end there were 4 of us who stayed at the condo and we loved it. First, the condo furnishings are great, it is very clean and up to date. Everything you need is there and the host is great to work with! The beach is just a short walk away but if you have little ones I suggest the 1 minute drive and easy parking that is right by the embassy suites. Beautiful patio that is screened in and my husband LOVED the huge tv in living room. We would totally stay again!

Vacation

The property was amazing and a great neighborhood. We had a great time. The property is huge. We had to drive to the pool and beach but thought it was right on site. It was about 1/2 a mile from the property we stayed in. We did not know we had to go thru a guarded gate. There was supposed to be an indoor pool and hot tub but we were not aloud to use it bc we were guest through vrbo not the hotel. I didn't like that but other than that a great trip.
