This condo is the best. It is in a great location with absolutely spectacular views. The condo is clean, safe, quiet and everything that is needed for a vacation is supplied(all kitchen utensils, etc.). The owner is available, easy to communicate with and very easy to work with. This place was great. The host was easy to communicate with. The Penthouse is super nice and the views overlooking the ocean are fantastic. Easy access to the beach which was great. A few things to note:1. Review the rules that are given to you upon check in. The biggest things are making sure to pull into your parking space, not back in and then knowing that you cannot bring your luggage through the lobby. You have to load/unload your vehicle from the ground level. These are building management rules. 2. Check in first and look around the Penthouse before venturing out to get things. There are many closets and cupboards full of stuff to use, or that others have left like coffee, waters, sunscreen, etc…3. Check the drawers and linen closets to make sure that housekeeping hasn’t missed anything. When we arrived housekeeping must have not been on their “A Game” as there were a few things left around but nothing that was a deal breaker. We contacted the host just to let them know about it. Overall, this place is amazing. You will not be disappointed and being on the 24th floor with that view is sooooo worth it.

The location was very quiet, and the unit itself was beautiful. It’s important to note that this is not a resort—most of the units are owner-occupied. There is no front desk or on-site staff available to assist, only security, so you’ll need to contact the owner directly if any issues come up during your stay.Luggage is not allowed on the lobby floor, so if you’re unable to carry your bags, you’ll need to go to the loading deck to get a cart, then return your car to ground-level parking. This process was a bit inconvenient.Other than that, the property is extremely nice, peaceful, and well-maintained. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay and don’t mind a more residential setup.

GREAT PLACE TO RELAX
