Great little house, conveniently located just as described to restaurants and wineries. We had a great time. Great communication from the host.My only complaint was the shower needs a little attention. The grout is moldy along the base.

We loved this little house. It was set back from the street all on its own but walkable to all of the restaurants, etc. The owner was so communicative and had the air conditioner running before we got there which was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

This hidden gem, a Hopland 5-star property, is tucked away from 101 at the end of a parking lot. Don’t let that deter you; this one-bedroom cottage has been meticulously remodeled and upgraded. It boasts all the essentials along with many unique amenities including a delightful small drip coffee maker and a luxurious Nespresso espresso maker! The bed is incredibly comfortable, and a cozy enclosed backyard is just steps away from the bedroom. Conveniently located, it’s only a short walk from restaurants. The property exudes a sense of comfort, cleanliness, and well-maintained quality. We’re already planning our return trip and will be staying here again!

Wonderful Retreat

We loved our stay in this enchanting cottage. The space was comfortable, elegant and peaceful with all the amenities we could have ever needed. The location is perfect; in the heart of Hopland. Our host - Andrew, was friendly and accomodating. We'll be back for sure!

Loved being able to walk to all of Hopland's restaurants and wine tasting rooms. It was cold and rained off and on so we didn't get to take advantage of the private backyard. We'll have to come back when the weather is expected to be better!

Perfect for our needs

This rental was just perfect for all our needs during our stay in Hopland while we spent time with family there. We really appreciated being able to have our dog with us too and she enjoyed the space. The hosts did a great job thinking of small details and providing niceties including a cornhole game and tv apps. We will be back!

Peaceful Tiny House

This is a lovely, adorable, peaceful home that is very very small. We would return because it is peaceful and convenient, but the bathroom is a struggle. The standup shower is cute but really tiny; the floor is slippery and it's difficult to turn around in. We like that the shower is handheld, but you have to be tall to reach it. (Perhaps it can be lowered? And a safety bar would be helpful.) Also, the home is advertised as sleeping 3, but don't assume that the couch pulls out because it doesn't. Still, the home is so pretty, quiet, and charming that we became very fond of our little retreat!
