Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, skyline view and natural bright light in the balcony all day. The spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private secured free car parking spot.
Within close proximity to the Piazza strip which includes restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, Sydney Olympic Park, Ferry Wharf and Marina Square Shopping Centre(Coles).Located at the foot of Wentworth Point, it is in easy access to transport services to Rhodes, Parramatta,Circular Quay,and Chatswood.
Very glad to host families and people short-term work surroundings, if longer stay, happy to offer special discount.
Master room: 1* queen size bed with super comfortable mattress
Second room: 1* double size bed with comfortable mattress
Two bathrooms: bath towels and hand towels are provided
Shampoo, body wash provided.
Lounge room:
2 seaters sofa+ 2 seaters fabric sofa
Brand new smart 65’ Samsung TV with Netflix logged in. Amazon, Youtube, Disney are available to access on the smart TV.
Dining area:
1- dining table with four to four chairs
2- bowls, plates, cutlery, basic utensils and cooking pots are provided
3- glass cups, mugs, wine glasses provided
4- toaster, electric kettle, knifes, water jug provided.
One Free and secured park space is provided, if guests need more spots please contact host in advance to organize.
Key and remote lose will be extra charge, $200 each.
Please be aware that smoking indoors will result in a significant fine of $500, having a party will lead to a $500 fine.
