Three bedroom cape style home with walk out lower level finished space in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from Dowes beach! Sleeps eight with outdoor shower and grill. Nearby is downtown Osterville 1/2 mile with highly sought after market, shops and restaurants with varying price ranges. The property is spacious with a great backyard and is just perfect if you just want to enjoy the beach and stay close for your meals.
