Unwind in this spacious, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in a quiet, private Falmouth neighborhood. Perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests, this property offers a relaxing Cape Cod retreat, backing right up to the serene Eel River. Enjoy the outdoor space which includes a screened in porch, large deck, spacious yard with large firepit. For water access, there is a launch located at the end of Madeline Rd. (.4 mile walk) for small boats, and we have kayaks (2) and paddleboard (available on sight for use). Conveniently located halfway between downtown Falmouth and Mashpee Commons.

The upper level of the house includes a large eat-in kitchen, living room (50" tv), a full bath and 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds). The lower level includes one bedroom (twin with trundle), a spacious bathroom with a shower, laundry, pool table room, and a large family room (55" tv, family games). Sheets/towels/beach towels provided

Beaches are a short drive: Menauhant (6 min), Surf Drive (15 min) and Old Silver (20 min). We just recently listed, so no reviews yet, but we are excited about the property and believe you will enjoy our space and the neighborhood as much as we do.
